So this was an unexpected gem! Firstly this may be the first musical we've had around here for a while so yay! Secondly this cast is immense Mary J Blige, Angela Bassett and Jennifer Hudson all in one movie Holy Moley thats nuts! This ticks every christmas movie box while being emotive and genuinely heartwarming the plot goes a bit nuts a few times but mainly it's great. This may make it onto my standard christmas movie rotation list!
